GL III Semi Automatic Gluer

The innovative GL-III provides semi-automatic gluing at a rate up to 200 feet per minute using hot glue, cold glue or a unique combination of simultaneous hot and cold adhesives. The optional “DGS” (Dual Glue System) includes the instantaneous tack time found with hot glue, but with the added benefit of the strength found with liner-penetrating cold glue. Machine highlights include standard CNC computer control, Nordson Pro-Blue 10 model hot-melt glue system with on/off timer, ability to operate with inside or outside glue tabs, integrated batch counter and remote diagnostics.

The GL-III is flexible with the unusual ability to handle both
inside and outside glue tabs.  Minimum panel size is as small as 1 ½".  The machine can easily glue board calipers from E-flute through doublewall corrugated board.
                                                                                              
An optional 36" x 72" scissors life is available. Scissors lifts provide operators more efficient feeding control, as well as an ability to easily adjust the height of any feed stack via a pedal.
